Stretch Therapy is a combination of assisted stretch techniques used to elongate shorten muscles and fascia. One of our highly experienced therapist will work with you and manually stretch your tight and tired muscles. Stretch Therapy increases range of motion in the joints, elevates muscle restrictions helps with mobility issues and chronic pain. At Knead 2 Stretch we combined massage therapy with our stretch sessions so our clients can obtain the optimal stretch experience possible.
Our Stretch Studio is an open environment with a few tables where you will be stretched. Clients come in wearing gym clothing, yoga pants or any clothing that is flexible. Our Therapist will first determine which muscles are tight and loosen them up your prior to stretching them. There is constant communication between you and your therapist. Your therapist will imform you which muscle are tight and give you tips on keeping them loose. Stretch Therapy should not be painful. Please inform your therapist if you feel pain during the stretch session.
