Massage FAQs

Same-day appointments may be available at Knead 2 Stretch Valencia.  Check online for current openings or call (661)888-1044. We offer massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and assisted stretch sessions with compression massage combined.

We customize each massage to your preference. You can request relaxing Swedish-style massage, deeper focused work, or a blend of techniques.  We also offer Sports Massage. Let you therapist know what areas you'd like them to focus on and what pressure feels right for you.

Both sessions are therapuetic and tailored to you. A traditional massage is good fit if you prefer hands-on massage directly on your skin with lotion. You undress to your comfort level and are properly draped. Signature Stretch + Massage is fully clothed and combines assisted stretching with compression massage over your clothing, so you come dressed and get started without changing.  It's really a matter of which experience you prefer

NO. For Stretch with Massage sessions are done fully clothed. Just wear comfortable gym-style clothing that lets you move easily

YES - For traditional Massages (the kind offered at spas or massage clinics) clients usually undress so oils and lotions can be used directly on the skin.  However, if you prefer to keep your clothing on, we can do compression style massage on top of your clothes, just let your therapist know your preference.

We are a wellness and recovery studio specializing in stretch and therapeutic massage - not a medical clinic and not a spa environment.

No. Massage and stretch should feel relieving, not painful.  We communicate and adjust pressure based on your comfort

We offer a monthly membership subscription no sign up fees or hidden charges.  You are simply billed once a month, and you receive the number of sessions included in the membership you choose.
