Learn how to properly use a foam roller to release tight muscles, reduce soreness, and improve recovery. This short, educational class teaches safe and effective techniques to target common problem areas such as the back, hips, glutes, legs and shoulders.
Please bring your own foam roller. A limited number will be available for purchase in the studio.
